(A) BOOKING CONDITIONS

Quotation

1. Agreement shall take effect upon of a duly signed confirmation as mutual acceptance and must be returned to Plusliner Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd not later than 10 days from the date of charter.

2. Quotation is made subject to a vehicle suiting the hirer’s requirements being available at the time of acceptance.

3. Quotations are based on costs prevailing at the time and in accordance with details provided by the hirer. Unless otherwise stated admission charges, meals, accommodation and parking charging for special events are not included in the quoted price.

4. Vehicle(s) are subject to availability upon confirmation.

Passengers‘ Property

5. Plusliner Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd will not accept liability for any damage to or loss property left on vehicle by a passenger. All articles of lost property recovered from a vehicle will be held at the depot at which the vehicle is based.

Conduct of Passenggers

6. The driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle. Any passenger whose conduct is in breach of statutory regulations may be removed from a vehicle or prevented from boarding on the driver’s authority. The hirer will be responsible for the conduct of passengers and for any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers during the hire.

Notices

7. No bill poster or notice is to be displayed on any vehicle without the consent of Plusliner Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd.

Route and Time Variation

8. Should a vehicle be detained by the hirer or taken longer journey than that contracted, Plusliner Travel & Tours reserves the right to make an additional charge commensurate with the cost incurred.

Responsibility

9. No liability on the company arising in anyway out of this contract in respect of any facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the charter services, and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expenses whatsoever.

Quotation Validity

10. This quotation is valid for a period of 30 days from date of Quotation.


(B) INSURANCE

• All passengers covered by our third party insurance.
• However to get all passenger insured, please submit your namelist with nric no. at least ten (10) days before departure.
• Failure to do so will cause customer to be void of any coverage.


(C) PAYMENT


• A deposit 50% of total amount is required upon confirmation.
• Full payment to be made 3 working days before departure date.


(D) CANCELLATION (calculated from the 1st day of charter service)

A cancellation charge calculated according to the following schedule will be imposed :

• Full refund for cancellation more than 7 working days before departure date
• 20% refund on deposit for cancellation within 3-7 working days before departure date.
• No refund for cancellation in less than 3 working days before departure date.


(E) DELAY/SURCHARGE

Due to any delay / early departure, the client will be charge as per below table if the arrangement required on the last minutes situation.

• 1 – 3 hours delay - 10% surcharge from grand total will be calculated
• more than 4 hours - half day rate will be charged.
• more than 6 hours - full day rate will be charged

(F) REFUNDS

No refund is available for no show or cancellation after the vehicle has been mobilized or commenced its journey from respective base depot.

(G) PLEASE SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING UPON CONFIRMATION :


1. Namelist of passengers boarding the coach with IC No ( Passenger List Form Attached)
2. Name of group/group leader’s name
3. Detailed itinerary/schedule of coach usage and map for pick-up & drop-off point
